- [ ] Day pack (20–30L, larger bag will be stored in Pokhara during trek)
🌊 Rafting
- [ ] 1 swimsuit (for under life jacket)
- [ ] Water-resistant / quick-dry shoes (e.g. Tevas, trainers you don’t mind getting wet. Something that can strap to your feet not flip flops / slides)
- [ ] T-shirt or rash guard for rafting
- [ ] Shorts or leggings for getting wet
👕 Other Clothing
- [ ] Cap / hat (strong sun at altitude)
