• [ ] Hiking boots / shoes (comfortable enough for daily wear)
• [ ] Day pack (20–30L, larger bag will be stored in Pokhara during trek)

🌊 Rafting

• [ ] 1 swimsuit (for under life jacket)
• [ ] Water-resistant / quick-dry shoes (e.g. Tevas, trainers you don’t mind getting wet. Something that can strap to your feet not flip flops / slides)
• [ ] T-shirt or rash guard for rafting
• [ ] Shorts or leggings for getting wet

👕 Other Clothing

• [ ] Cap / hat (strong sun at altitude)
